Uttarakhand removes restriction on number of visitors in unlock 4.0

As the government enters in unlock 4.0, Uttarakhand loosens some norms for incoming visitors. Due to COVID-19 tourist places suffered major losses because of the restrictions on interstate movement. Uttarakhand heavily depends on tourists as its one of the core industries. Now Uttarakhand government has taken note to attract tourist once again
Earlier 2000 visitors per day cap have been forced to restrict the COVID outbreak. As well as you have to come with an E-Pass allowing you to enter the state. The decision of removing restrictions has been taken due to the continuous demand of industry stakeholders.
