Odisha Puri's Sun temple finally opened which was closed for almost five months. Offical said that temple now open for all visitors but with the state and center guidelines.
Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) Superintending Officer Arun Kumar Mallick has said that visitors have to under thermal scanning and maintain social distancing before there entry.
Visitors can buy tickets by scanning the QR code installed outside of the temple. Only 2500 visitors are per day in two shifts. 1500 visitors are allowed to enter the site between 6 am to 1 pm and the remaining 1000 can enter the premises in the afternoon hours.
The official said that ASI only opened non-living temples now. adding that Shri Jagannath temple continues to close as a precaution to stop the spread of infection
