In collaboration with Liberty General Insurance (LGI), Spice Jet designed a remarkable flexible & cost saving service by allowing passengers to cancel tickets with full reimbursement without any road blocks.
The insurance cover promised by Liberty General Insurance Ltd. would have the validity for only one passenger for only one flight booking. The insurance is non-transferable & a single flyer can process a claim for other reservations in the same PNR & in other situations of several policies. Once the flyer is done with all the proper documentation the claim will be processed within 24-48 Hours.
