To gear up the domestic tourism, Gujrat Cheif Minister has declared Heritage Tourism Policy 2020-2025. Forts & Places those are constructed before 1 January, 1950 are now converted into heritage hotels, celebratory halls, museums & restaurants. 
According to the policy of Heritage Tourism new hotels or the existing ones will get the capitol of INR 5-10 crores for the refurbishment. 20 percent subsidy will be given by state government i.e. maximum of 5 crore. 
Marketing help & full relaxatition in electicity duty will be done by the state government during these 5 years.
