Goa opens border for outside visitors, e-pass and coivd negative test not required anymore

Finally some good news for travelers, Goa open opens gate for visitors with an open heart. One no longer required COVID negative test and E-Pass. Hence there will be no restriction on interstate travel. This statement is issued by Goa Cheif Minister Pramod Sawant.
Visitors can enjoy bars and restaurants with social distancing and temperature checks. Restaurants and hotels are already back in business. Still, visitors can not enjoy the beach shacks that will remain close as well as casinos. They will likely remain close for this October monsoon season.
Earlier in  May, Goa was in the green zone. But the state saw the number surge in past months. So MHA guidelines will have to be followed in Goa. 
This decision  came to boost the economy of the state which is heavily dependent on tourism
